All the staff were very polite. The main person that helped me choose the correct mattress was called Carl. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. Listened and didn't push for a sale at all.

The sales assistant was never over pushy knew her stuff without over complicating anything .We knew within 15 minutes of tryin many mattresses which we wanted.She was very polite and made sure we had a covid safe visit troughout.

When in everyone very nice and friendly Carl was very helpful and speed of order was very good I am very happy with the basingstoke store
