Leah who served us was so friendly and very helpful. We had our 2 children with us which they found to be a bit of a boring visit but Leah was very understanding.

We were served by Angelika who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. My wife is in a wheelchair and she helped her to and from the lift as well as spending a good amount of time helping us choose the right bed. I was looking to compare with another store but the service received from Angelika meant we made a decision there and then.

Chris was very knowledgable and gave us the time and space we needed to consider our options and wasn’t pushy at all. Just the right balance

Had very good customer service. We used the bed machine so we knew what firmness we needed. Colleague was recommended good products within our price range. Overall got a good deal.

I was served by a salesman called Jim, in the Basingstoke branch, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me a wide range of options without the hard sell, which would have put me off ! Everyone was wearing masks, and also I was offered a coffee during my time deliberating on my choice of bed. Overall a perfect experience 😊
