Dreams - Basingstoke

I Bought the mattress I required at a good price in the sale. It was comfortable when I tried it. The delivery time is quite reasonable.I was pleased with the whole shop and did not feel the need to go elsewhere.

Chris went though everything to our complete satisfaction

We walked into store. We were greeted and shown to the mattresses we were interested in. We asked to see some alternatives, which Carl did. He explained the difference and allowed us to experience the different quality and firmness. He also reassured us of the cleaning process of the products with COVID in mind. Carl offered us coffee and left us to try the products with pillows. Importantly for us, to be left a while because we do not like the feeling of being pestered, which he did not pester us. There were other customers in the shop but he continued to look after our needs. once we were ready we made our purchase. Very happy.
