Dreams - Basingstoke

Leah the assistant bent over backwards helping me her knowledge was excellent and her selling skills very good i went in to buy a £700 mattress and ended up buying a Tempur £1500 mattress! I was just fed up i would have to wait 6wks for delivery!

The assistant met us as we entered the store and was very attentive and informative about all the products. She gave us a lot of advice and information about the various beds which were best suited for our needs.

Friendly staff who were eager to help.

Chris was very polite and helpful in my quest to find a double mattress , he answered my questions that I had with knowledge of the mattress. Very friendly towards us kept protocol with covid . Would recommend anyone to come and buy from dreams with the experience that I had on the day I walked into the showroom at the Basingstoke Branch.

The staff were incredibly helpful to both myself and my husband even though we were very indecisive regarding which mattress to pick. We left the store to have a think and when we returned the staff were once again very helpful and not once did we feel pressured to buy anything which is great. Thanks dreams Basingstoke!!!

I had previously visited the store to do my research before taking my daughter to purchase a new mattress. I found the assistants on both occasions to be friendly knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

Leah provided as much time as we needed. Which was quite a lot. Leah was pleasant, friendly, informative and could certainly identify what we were after and needed.

Assistant, friendly & knowledgeable. Time given and didn’t feel rushed. Was able to give mask when requested.
