The customer service was amazing. We were greeted instantly. My daughter was catered for whilst we were busy. All staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and tidy.

Leah helped us to choose a mattress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Leah came to meet us and asked if we'd like some help, she showed us the product we were looking for, explained how the trundle bed worked, the mattress options then left us for 5 mins or so to look and discuss. She returned and offered us coffee while she put together a price. She was very friendly and professional and had good product knowledge. She explained the price and the benefits of the additional cover for protection of the bed and mattress. Leah then gave us an acceptable delivery time and we also took the additional offer of the delivery people putting up the bed and taking the packaging away!

I was met by the store manager Jim..we explained that we had an old Tempur mattress that needed replacement...the height of the bed is critical as my wife has arthritis. He walked us through the mattress options and suggested we measure the old one..good advice We purchased the 25cm version plus the protective bed cover Very satisfied with the service

We were very satisfied with our experience at Dreams. As we walked in the door Carl welcomed us and asked us if there was anything he could help us with. We had gone in to get advice on the bed that we needed and Carl was very knowledgeable and confirmed the options available to us. He then showed us various examples, explaining everything about each individual item. He then directed us to the Dream Experience. When that was completed he thoroughly explained all the options open to us. He was patient and understanding and didn't hurry us at all.
