Carl was very helpful and put at ease

Me and my girlfriend went to dreams to buy our first mattress. Upon arriving at the store we jumped the nearest mattress's at the door. At this point Leah approached and helped us out. She showed us the machine that finds our needs. Leah’s extensive knowledge of all the mattresses and our needs was really helpful not to mention how friendly she was. In the end she helped buy our first mattress and bed without a problem and even managed to get it all delivered for a date that suits us. If it wasn’t for Leah we would’ve been lost

The lady that served me Angelica was quick to come to my aid,her attitude was friendly and extremely helpful. I was not put under any pressure and that is extremely important to me as I hate feeling pressured when shopping for something. Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The sales person was extremely pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable

Jamie was very helpful and it was no problem for him in answering any of my questions.

The whole experience was excellent. The salesperson had a very high knowledge of the products which were suitable for us and offered an alternative at a cheaper cost if we wanted. We were even offered a coffee whilst we were placing our order which was also very nice !!

Carl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me plenty of time to look and decide. The beds I really liked the best did not have enough colour options but Carl found me the next best thing online as it wasn’t in store.

We were greeted at the door by a friendly salesman (Carl)who turned out to be extremely knowledgeable and also very humorous. He listened to exactly what we wanted to buy and did not try to persuade us into anything buying anything more than we came for, the fact that we did was totally down to the comfort of the tempur mattress! We were delighted to be offered a hot drink which came in proper mugs, not a paper/ plastic cup (always a bonus). Carl gave us plenty of time on our own to try the products and discuss what we wanted to purchase but at the same time being attentive to our needs. We were very impressed with the machine which determined our perfect fit mattress and came away having had a very enjoyable experience.

Paige was absolutely fantastic in the Basingstoke branch. Knowledgeable, helpful and recommended the mattress off the computer analysed list which was the one I immediately chose. She was patient and attentive, showing perfect customer service and making us feel at ease. She made the experience much easier than I anticipated and cost effective, making the experience entirely a positive one. The coffee was great as well
