As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Leah who welcomed us and asked us how she could help. She was very knowledgeable and after we did the 'Sleep Match' she showed us about 6 or 7 mattresses that were suited to us according to the results. She asked our opinions on each one and listened to our preferences. We were in the store at least an hour and half looking and trying - and eventually selected a mattress and bed plus headboard. Leah calculated the price and as we were keen to spread the payments - offered us interest free for 20 months with a £400 deposit. She was able to offer us delivery in December which suited us as we need the bed for Christmas. We were offered hot and cold drinks. We were very impressed with the service and Leah was extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Dreams to a friend.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable member of staff that assisted us. My eldest boy has special needs and he gave him lots of space and dealt with him fantastically.

Welcomed into the store upon arrival. Sales assistant asked what our requirements were and budget and didn’t try to swerve us away from that.

Your adviser had loads of knowledge about the mattress’s ,the base and pillows and when I couldn’t have the base that I really wanted he showed me one that was very similar again it wasn’t the colour I wanted but he reassured me that it would still work with the furniture I had at home

Upon entering the store we received a warm welcome from Leah. She struck exactly the right balance in terms of giving us space to explore the store and also being right on hand when we needed her. It had been a long time since we’d purchased a new bed so were a little clueless as to what we were looking for. Leah was incredibly patient, talking us through the options and completing a sleep match with us so that we were really well informed and felt confident with our final purchases. No hard sale which would have put us off buying! Nothing was too much trouble for Leah and we will definitely choose to come back in the future, based on the experience she provided. Thank you!
