Your adviser had loads of knowledge about the mattress’s ,the base and pillows and when I couldn’t have the base that I really wanted he showed me one that was very similar again it wasn’t the colour I wanted but he reassured me that it would still work with the furniture I had at home

The salesperson was very helpful from the moment I entered the store. He asked me how he could help and I told him what I was looking for. I was shown a range of the bed I was looking for and then showed me mattresses and explained each in detail. I was invited to try a few of the mattresses to determine the most comfortable. When I had made my choice the whole process was explained in detail to me so I really had no queries. I was completely satisfied with the service I received in the store.

I bought a Hybrid Tempur mattress in June 2021 and paid about £2,000 for it. However, after many bad nights on the matress it was obvious that the hybrid was not for me. I should have stuck with the foam that ive had for 20 years!! Unfortunately, i went on holiday 30 days after you delivered it so i couldnt swap it earlier due to your policy and by the time i got back it was too late to swap it. I maybe should have called you earlier to see if you could do something but i didnt until last week when i was desperate and distressed with backpain. I asked Jim if there was anything you could do for me as i was now about to purchase yet another mattress for £2,500 so nearly £5,000 spent in 3 months! He was very sympathetic and helpful but said id need to speak to customer services. They said no and I was very disappointed that not even a discount was offered to purchase another from you. I decided to go back to Jim bescaue he seemed fair. and at leadt tried to help me. I purchased a Tempur kingsize original 30cm costing £2,400. To be honest, if it wasnt for Jim I would have gone elsewhere. He restored my fair in Dreams who i have used for over 20 years on 4 purchases.
