Dreams - Basingstoke

I received excellent customer service from Angelika. She asked me about the type of mattress & pillow I was looking for, discussed the merits of several, encouraged my to try them. Went through the paperwork with me to make sure I was happy. I even had a hot chocolate whilst she was inputting everything on the computer for my order, checking the delivery date was ok for me. Happy customer.

The service assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The gentleman was attentive to our needs, showed us all the options and in a short span of time ordered, arranged for finance and got the job done.

Prefer eye to eye and ability to touch actual product before purchasing. In this case all items where in store and in the colour required and so made purchase decision easier.

The entire staff is wonderful and helping their customers tirelessly. We were lucky to have Leah, as she ensured that we get a best price deal without pushing us to buy stuff. Kudos to the team.
