We came in quite late on a Saturday basically asking for a mattress to be delivered in less than a week and the team were more than accommodating and really helped us check the most important thing off our list. Will definitely recommend.

They found the items I wanted really quickly. They were able to use the details of my previous purchase to accelerate the purchase process considerably. The team were very polite and nice to chat with. They answered questions quickly and clearly. They offered refreshments; let us try out pillows on the bed to find the right one for my wife. Their hygiene practices mad me feel like my health and safety was important. Their communications were clear and quick. They asked if I was clear or had questions at all the right times. I felt like a valued customer.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff (Jamie and another guy) Jamie took his time helping me choose the best mattress for my individual needs picked out by the smart mattress computer thing. Thoroughly explained the bed cover and everything I needed to know. Had a issue with the delivery dates due to a system glitch but they promised to ring me the next day when it was fixed and they did which was amazing, got a quick delivery date and couldnt be happier. Very relaxed in store, didn't feel pushed in to a sale, the emphasis was on choice, information and our decision being based on the right choice of bed. The store was clean and organised.

I was warmly welcomed by the Manager called Jim, who was very knowledgeable about choosing a Tempur mattress. He gave me excellent advice and plenty of time to decide which one was best for me. It was a pleasure to make my purchase and I also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee before leaving.

Jim approached us as we came in the store to buy a mattress and helped us with the machine that rates what sort of mattress you need. This was the first time we’ve bought a mattress without buying a bed with it, as we’ve previously had divans. Jim was very patient as we went and tried all of the different mattresses recommended until we made our decision to buy one.

High quality products, very very kind, nice and helpful stuff and well trained as well.

No pressure to buy a bed, advice given when questions asked. Carl the salesperson very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Made to feel very welcome by Carl and all the staff, invited to have refreshments. Did not feel rushed in any way.
