The Customer Service Assistant Chris was very good and customer focused and took the time to explain all the options available to us and we used the the Dreams Sleep Machine to get to know which is the best mattress support for us... afterwards he gave us a list of preferred options to try to find the best suitable mattress for us which we tried out. We then chose other items to go with the mattress, bed base and headboard and aswell as other items.. Overall a very good experience he was very patient and knew his products very well.

The colleague Carl Stevens duty manager was very helpfull and was able to give us plenty .of options and left us to look aroud so we could make our choice without any pressure

The sales assistant was extremely professional and courteous in his explanation of the product/s which we were interested in.

The assistant Jamie who helped us was extremely helpful but didn’t pester us. He answered all our questions and pointed us towards different mattresses that were within our budget and ensured we experienced every different type of mattress
