Exceptionally attentive assistant with loads of patience and no pressure selling. Excellent knowledge of the type of beds I was looking for. Discount and interest free.

Chris was very helpful and friendly, but gave me time alone to decide and was on hand when I had further questions. It was nice to have help but he was not too pushy and gave me time to make my own decision. His product knowledge was very good too, he answered all questions I had and nothing was too much trouble.

Leah was very helpful explaining the details of the products we were looking at. Her knowledge of the products really helped us choose and compare.

We went to only view however assistant Carl was very helpful and weended up purchasing the items he suggested.

I was served by Leah in the Basingstoke branch I was hesitant to buy a mattress in the beginning I was just looking about but after me and my partner found the perfect fit with Leah helping us she went though all the possible options and there was no pressure to purchase but due to her knowledge and customer care we did.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were asked if we needed assistance which was great. We were taken round the store to try different beds and didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was explained to us and knowledge of staff was great. There was a great selection of beds and mattresses to choose from and there was a nice warming feel about the store.

Paige, in the Basingstoke store, was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to understand our needs and remembering those when we returned later.

Staff very informative, gave us time to try mattresses without them hanging around too much.
