Dreams - Basingstoke

The whole experience was positive. We went there to browse / have a look at the products but we ended up buying a complete set of bed. The customer service officer was very helpful and nice that we decided to buy on the day of our visit.

Friendliness, efficiency of staff member.

We had a super sales rep, we felt comfortable from the moment we came into the store. He took the time to understand what we were after and showed us everything that might suit us and we didn’t feel pressured at any stage, to go for a more expensive mattress or to make a decision. When it came to processing purchase, he was extremely efficient and lovely with it too. Felt like he was there to ensure we found exactly what we needed, not what he wanted to sell. It was an absolute pleasure!

Met by sales assistant Leah in the Basingstoke store - she was professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient - balanced the time of interaction with us (my wife and I) and the time to leave us alone to discuss very well. Good sales person, not too pushy but also managed to engage us to win the business

The lady Angelika was very professional and friendly. She had to come in the next day that she was supposed to be off to finish up the order- superwoman!
