Carl was extremely helpful from the minute we walked through the door. He talked us through all our options, waited patiently while we tried all the mattresses and was very knowledgeable. He also made us feel very safe with all his efforts to make sure we were Covid protected. We went in for a mattress and ended up leaving with a whole new bed with all the extras!

Angelika was very friendly and helpful from the start. She took the time to understand our requirements and recommended products that suited our needs and budget. Most of the items were in stock, the delivery was organised within 5 days which is very good as it was an urgent requirement. She also explained about the Dreams warranty which was great value, so overall very happy with the customer experience.
