The assistant who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable

As we entered the store an assistant approached us, took us to the bed frame we had seen online. Showed us the colour we wanted on another product as one we liked was only available in other colour, showed us how bed worked, explained cost, checked availability. Very friendly, gave us a drink while we orders.had protective sneeze screen in front of us for protection. Delivery time not too long away.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carl was excellent spent a lot of time with us, but was not pushy at all. Explaining everything and totally honest. Store well laid out and the cup of tea was very welcome. He is a credit to the store and to the brand.

Jamie was very informative and offered for us to try the sleep master, which was interesting. He explained the types of beds and the the colours at the bottom of the beds which helped group them (which other bed retailers it was very confusing which was which type of bed) Towards the end of our purchase it came to light that Jamie was fairly new however this didn't show and he explained everything well and already had good knowledge and checked where he was unsure which was good that we were getting the correct info. Service was excellent.

We were helped by Chris Whitehead at the Basingstoke store who was extremely helpful and made buying a mattress with ease and no issues.

We were helped by Jamie. Despite the fact he had only been in the job for 2 weeks he was extremely knowledgable about all the mattresses. He was very polite and helpful. We didn’t feel under pressure at any time and were left on our own to consider all the options. Really impressed!!

My husband and I both have intermittent lower back pain. Coupled with this, we have recently moved house and have a narrow, bendy staircase to contend with which makes getting a mattress upstairs somewhat tricky! We booked an appointment at Dreams and your store colleague, Paige, listened to (and understood) our problems and concerns. Paige recommended we use your sleepmatch machine to help identify a suitable product. The machine selected about 8 products for us but on Paige’s advice we tried the Tempur mattress first. It was utter bliss and immediately went to the top of our list! Also, it was easy to bend meaning we can get it up our staircase with relative ease. It was quite an expensive mattress but Paige highlighted other, more reasonable, options so that we could make an informed choice that suited our budget. In the end we did choose the Tempur and I’m delighted that we did. Overall the experience was second to none. We felt valued as customers and we were guided in choosing without any pressure or “hard sell” tactics. My only slight gripe is that you offer a student and military discount but no NHS one. Nurses like me need good beds!

I walked in on the off chance of finding a divan bed - the first lady I spoke to immediately re-directed me to a gentleman who had enormous knowledge about the bed I was looking for - he was really great fun talking too - very approachable and was able to find me exactly the right kind of bed and mattress. He even made me a drink while we were going through the order. Great service.

My daughter & myself came into the store, We told Carl we wanted to go on the machine that analyses what type of mattress we would need, as I was wanting new beds for my new house. After going on that he gave us these nice Tempura pillows to use on the beds & showed me beds that suited me & beds that suited her. Ther was no rushing while we tried them out, after an hour or so we made our choices, & I paid my deposit so I would get them at the price & deal they had going that day.

The customer service was excellent - I was given a lot of information and advice from a very knowledgeable member of staff. He was friendly, patient and keen to help me find the right products.
