Dreams - Basingstoke

The assisting colleague, Jim, from the Basingstoke store was incredibly helpful and patient. I entered with a vague idea of what I was after and told him of the lower back issues I've been getting and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Ultimately I felt I got the best mattress to help with my back issues and felt I got a good deal with the 40 day guarantee and mattress cover. Jim was very honest in pointing out where I would save money (i.e buying the tempura pillows with the mattress cover) and let me take my time in making a choice. Which ultimately helped me make the best choice while feeling unpressured. Just a great experience overall for someone who didn't know much about mattresses and had never bought one before.

From the minute we walked into the store in Basingstoke the assistant (Paige) explained the difference between the types of mattresses and if we needed to use the Sleepmatch to advise on the best choice. which I took up due to lower back issues. Whilst not a fan of memory foam which was the reason to buy another mattress from Dreams, she still took the time to explain the new types and how they had changed since we bought our last one. Overall the process from start to finish and placing the order was great and Paige should be praised for the way she helped us and answered all our questions.

We had an assistant called Chris, Chris was very knowledgeable and gave us all the attention we needed. Chris also allowed time for us to try products and discuss costs etc in private which is very important and rate in some stores. We had a bad experience 8 years ago with Dreams and came back with caution however Chris has reinserted our faith with Dreams that we would shop here again and recommend

the young man Jamie had only been working for a short period of time but he was really helpful and knowledgeable despite the fact that he had only been with the company a short period of time, he didn't push me to make a decision, he allowed me time to look round and come to my own decision. I don't like it when sales assistants keep coming up to me and asking if I need help

Looked after and given assistance from the begging of our shopping experience. Large choice of sofa beds , the assistant manager was very knowledgable , he listened to what are requirements were and advised appropriately .

I came into the store as a first-time buyer and not having much knowledge at all about the kind of mattress I would need. The assistant helped me choose an excellent option, and was very friendly and informative throughout. I was offered a selection to choose from with different prices so I could find something that would be comfortable and fit my budget. I was very pleased with the service I received.

We was left to browse and then when we was ready they was very helpful and made us feel welcomed, when we left we was very satisfied with the experience.
