Dreams - Basingstoke

We had already had a look online for the bed we wanted but wanted to come instore to test it out. From the moment we walked in a very nice chap came over to help us, showed us what we were looking for which was perfect and we were sat down to pay within about 10 minutes - nice and speedy. We were offered a cup of tea, he explained everything to us, sold us a couple of extras which didn't feel like a sales pitch at all and were actually things we needed and then we were all paid up - job done!

Jim was very helpful and took his time showing us all the options. We explored other stores but dreams was by far the best option for beds and mattresses.

The team were very helpful, we used the sleep machine which was good and was funny to have the girl from Gavin and Stacey on it. Overall it was just an enjoyable experience and the lady helped us through and explained everything which made it easy.

Carl stephens was our assistant and knowledgeable and experienced

I got to use the sleep machine and tried all the suggested beds. The one I liked was more expensive than I had wanted to spend. I returned to try the mattress again the following week. It was on sale so I went to purchase it. My cards had been used fraudulently so I was not able to use them. Laura suggested the buy now pay later option and set up credit for me. I was also given a drink and was made very welcome. I then had the option of when to have my mattress delivered. I have been very impressed with the service so far.

The service we received from entering the door of your Basingstoke branch was excellent. Carl had excellent customer facing skills and a detailed product knowledge. He acted as a guide and not as pushy salesman, which I abhor.

Went to Dreams with my elderly mother to buy a new mattress for her. The gentleman who helped us and served us was very patient as my mother is hard of hearing and not very steady on her feet. I think it help that we weng to the shop on a Monday.

On arrival for looking for a bed . The man was very helpful and friendly . Was not pushy and we had the time to look round . Explain to us about the mattresses . I even upgrade to a better mattress . Really happy with the whole service . I would highly recommend dreams .
