Great service and professional transaction

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with smiles from the colleagues especially Angelika who helped us straight away. We sort of knew what we wanted but had no idea on the range of mattresses available. Angelika had brilliant product knowledge and I learnt a lot whilst in the store. We were not pressured into anything but instead were assisted with our many indecisive questions and requests. The package was made to ensure we got what we wanted and we were able to make our own decisions with support and knowledge. The manners and attitude from all members of staff were really polite. It made the whole experience so good we wanted to go back even after buying a mattress just to see the staff again.

Leah was very helpful and managed to answer all the questions we had when choosing our new mattress.

Leah (Basingstoke) greeted us in reception area as soon as we arrived at the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, even taking time to chat to our two children. We were happy with our purchase and would recommend the mattress buying service to others.

Jim listened to our needs, encouraged us to try out different options he thought appropriate and was generally very professional as well as being friendly. And he made us a lovely latte and a hot chocolate for my daughter.

The whole experience was quick and efficient. I came in knowing which bed and mattress I liked, I found it easily in store. Had a small wait to place the order as there only was 1 member of staff in, but order time was quick and I walked out the door satisfied.

Carl the salesman was courteous not over familiar answered any questions we had and gave a proffesional attitude through-out.

Leah was fantastic & went above & beyond. Her customer service is second to none. Very helpful with so much knowledge.

The colleagues knowledge was what we hoped for and as he was alone he satisfactorily managed to deal with us and two other customers at the same time. Overall a satisfactory visit.

Jim was excellent, not too in your face but extremely supportive and determined to get the right outcome for us and your business. Spent time with us until we found what was right, very informed also.
