Jim greeted us on arrival and looked after us superbly from there, giving us rcpert knowledhe whilst also giving us space and not crowding us or being overpowering

The staff were friendly, after being helped with product choices we were given some time on our own to discuss the choices without being harassed, being offered drinks, nothing was too much trouble

The sales assistant, Angelika, was professional, friendly and could quickly advise me on various options based on my requirements. Particular effort was made to find available stock that could be delivered within 5 days to meet a specific delivery date. My experience at store was that of being assisted rather than sold to, which made me purchase more items than I had originally planned to. Overall I believe the transaction was fair value for what I bought.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to demonstrate the products.

Highly experienced salesman determined our needs and showed us what dreams had to offer.The correct mattress,s was shown,and we picked what we felt was the most suitable, Then on to the divan base with drawers,where we found one which met our needs,with the correct colour found,but alas we could not decide on a headboard at our visit.

Carl the manager at the Basingstoke store was very understanding of what l was looking for and gave me many options to choose from he was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and l walked away very satisfied his even going to keep an eye on my order to see if it comes in early
