Leah was immediately extremely helpful as soon as I began looking at mattresses. She asked me what my purpose for being in the store was and considered my answer. She showed me the range of mattresses I was looking at and allowed me the opportunity to try them upstairs in the store. Unfortunately the one I wanted was not in stock however it wasn’t for me anyway and necessity meant I had to purchase something. Leah helped me pick the next best option and luckily that was in stock. She offered to help me to my car with it, and was efficient in the sales process

The staff was super friendly and welcoming especially lean (staff). She guided through the whole process with great care. She is the main reason that we were convinced to proceed with buying the products.

Really friendly staff..came in for a frame and left with the frame..mattress and a tempur pillow...very informative...gave me a coffee and great advise

We were welcomed by a member of staff, directed to what we were looking for and then left to browse in peace until we asked for assistance. We were offered a coffee and everything was explained very clearly.

The shop assistant understood our needs and was quick to identify the products we were after

We found Angelika very helpful and professional - she knew what we wanted and did not try to talk us into having something else. She was very helpful and was honest with us when we asked any questions. Angelika made it a most pleasant experience for us and I would recommend the store to anybody.

Carl was very helpful,without feeling pressurised. He explained the test bed clearly,and after the test explained the results clearly.Then he took us to each of the recommended beds again very clearly defineing the difference between each of tnem.He then invited us to the desk offering a drink, and to explain the financing possibilities. We then said we wished to order the first recomebed bed.The relevant form wee then filled in talking us through each step.

Your assistant, Chris, was attentive, helpful and courteous. He made me my 95 year old mother feel comfortable and gave her sound advice. Nothing was too much trouble, and he showed an inordinate amount of patience and consideration. I would definitely recommend this store.

Friendly, helpful staff who were happy to help even when my partner changed his mind at the time we were sitting down to order. Everything was explained to us and confirmed.
