Leah the sales assistant and Carl the manager her extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Leah was the person who dealt with me the majority of the time and she was there when I needed her but wasn't pushy just helpful so she was a pleasure to deal with. Equally Carl added a couple of extra points that were really useful considerations eg I wanted a firm bed and in addition to them both advising me to use the dream machine bed requirement analyser he also advised which divans were the firmest and the need for 2+2 divans if had bedside cabinets. Leah carefully listened and absorbed my list of requirements (eg firm edge to mattress for when my back was bad, plus need for natural materials as I get hot in bed etc (she did also show me the cool top tempurs etc for comparison) and sold me cool pillows. She was the perfect sales assistant ie she really assisted and Carl was an even greater well of knowledge. Very impressed by them both. I would happily come back and send people to them.

The sales person was personable, polite, understanding of my requirements and very knowledgeable of the products. Other members of the sales team all showed similar tendencies. On concluding my purchase I complimented the sales team on the quality of service, explaining that in my experience people are too ready to complain, but usually reluctant to praise.

Assistance was given as soon as we walked in to the store and was given the chance to use the mattress machine which was a big help to find our perfect one. Leah who served us in the Basingstoke branch was very friendly and made the whole shopping experience pleasant.

Antonia, at Basingstoke was very professional in advice and the sales administration process.

The lady who served us (Angelica) helped us a few days previously when we were just looking. She served us again when we bought our mattress. She was very pleasant and even asked us if we wanted refreshments.

The gentleman that helped us find a bed and mattress was helpful and understanding of what we were after. There was a lot of choice of beds and mattresses.

The store rep I spoke to over the phone (Jim) could not have been more helpful. He explained everything so well and organised my order and it’s delivery without a problem, very professional and friendly service.

There was the right amount of attention mixed with leaving us alone when it required.

My husband and I arrived 20 minutes before the store closed to look at headboard. The two girls were very polite, provided the right level of assistance and even took the time to discuss mattress options with no rush to push us out the door Her knowledge was very good and we will definitely rethink our current mattress. Excellent staff and very friendly. Please pass on my thanks again if possible.

Angelika made us very welcome, was very helpful & even served us coffee. What more could one ask !! plus we found exactly what we were looking for.
