Jim was very helpful and had great knowledge of all of the mattress and pillows that helped us get exactly what we needed. He was also flexible and patient and gave us time without any pressure or rush.

Our assistant Angelika, was helpful and knowledgable, assuring us to work out what we were looking for and needed. But she also stood back and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions without any pressure at all or expectation of what we would order or even if we would place an order.
