Chris engaged with us when we entered the stores and was very polite and courteous. He took us through various options and then ask if we would like to try the new interactive bed system which we did. After this Chris then went through further options. It made a big difference to come into a store and have someone know what they were taking about with confidence. We have visits Dreams stores before and the staff seem to have the attitude that they are doing you a favour by just being there. Chris would make a good trainer for future staff.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me chose a divan and mattress as well as going through the breakdown of the costs of the final bill.

I have specific needs after an accident and head neck trauma. Jim was patient knowledgable and understanding and did not rush me. He Was really wanting the best experience and the best mattress for me.

I visited the Basingstoke store and James was really helpful, really friendly and knowledgable. The issue we had was the computer system went down (obviously no ones fault!) and James wrote down the details of our order and said he’d call me back in the afternoon. He did do and was really helpful and I was really pleased at his efficiency and explanation of the products, care plan and delivery times. He’s a real credit to your company
