We were left to have a good look round without hassle but then when we required help it was given in a friendly and non pushy way.

Upon arriving into Dreams Basingstoke, we were promptly met by the Assistant Manager, Carl, who greeted us and very quickly got us talking about what we were looking for, why we were looking to upgrade and any problems we were currently having with our mattress right now. He showed us to the sleepmatch machine which read our sleeping body language and then went through over 10 different mattresses with us to find the perfect one for us. Initially we were unsure on buying a full price, top of the line mattress, such as Tempur, but after Carl explaining the long-term benefits for purchasing such a mattress, the pros over your standard mattresses, we were sold. The knowledge and genuine interest in our needs really made for an enjoyable experience and made us confident in our purchase. We are really looking forward to many happy nights of sleep!

Very pleased with the service and clean areas of the store, bearing in mind COVID-19 .

We were impressed with the person who looked after us during our visit, Carl. He took a lot of trouble to ensure we received all the advice we needed to make a choice of mattress. Your hi tech 'bed machine' was also quite impressive and saved time in selecting the correct mattress for us.

Carl was very friendly, very informative and not pushy or anything, explained everything that we asked and presented us with all of the possible options from highest price to lowest which was very helpful, we went for the finance option and Carl explained everything step by step and broke it down for us which was great and it gave us a good understanding of our options, we were also offered drinks, everyone was complying with COVID rules. The whole experience was very pleasant because their was no rush and we were told to take our time to find out what worked best for us, overall very pleased with the experience 🙂

Antonia was very helpful assisting with my mothers wants/needs being very patient. She made everything clear and easy to understand and it was an easy process, especially as we previously tried to order online but it’s nice to try before you buy.
