Chris was the lad that dealt with us, he was excellent. We had to return to change the bed due to size. He was spot on in changing and updating our order

Customer service was exceptional from the moment we entered the store. My wife has to use a mobility scooter and the assistant manager greeted us as we entered and discussed our needs, he made sure my wife was able to get around the store and provided a lot of advice and help with choosing the right mattress for us.

Super friendly staff who where very knowledgeable and built at rapport, made us fell comfortable and ensured that our needs were covered.

From the time we walked into the store we were met with a friendly staff member. We were invited to try the bed that gives us an indication of what sort of mattress would suit our needs. We were then taken around the store and shown the range of different mattresses that would be suitable. We were also shown the range of beds that would also suit our needs. We did not feel pressurised into making a purchase or to chose one bed or mattress over another. We were left to make up our own minds. Once we decided the costs we all explained to us including the add-ons including taking away our current bed, additional cover etc. Overall it was a very pleasant stress free experience with all the Covid precautions in place. I would highly recommend Dreams and your service.
