From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and assisted. Carl was very knowledgeble and steered us in the right direction. Everything was porcessed smoothly and delivery was quick

We were served by Chris and he listened and understood everything that we wanted/needed

Antonia, the sales assistant at Dreams Basingstoke, listened to our requirements, explained all questions about the products with great knowledge, while being professional, friendly and polite. She made us feel like we matter!

Because of Chris, who assisted us. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we never felt like he was trying to 'make a sale' which has put us off before. He asked us useful questions and then showed us a range of mattresses that met our criteria, and it is honestly because of him that I have taken the time to do this survey, so I can leave good feedback for him.

Sales person gave us space to look at the beds, yet was around when we had any questions.

Carl the Assistant Manager - Basingstoke was very helpful and knowledgable. Understood what we were looking for and explained everything clearly to us.

The service was good, we placed the order quickly. The quality of the bed bases aren’t great, the divan base was poor quality so went for different brand. The headboards were pricy. Over all though no complaints.

Excellent customer service Antonia in the Basingstoke store. She was welcoming when we went into the store explained where we could find everything than sat us down and went through our order as well as confirming all the details with us
