Needed a new mattress the store assistance and experience was wonderful we went on a Friday then went home and decided it was for us. We had visited other bed places and found Antonia at Dreams in Basingstoke not only helpful with showing us round with fantastic advise all at great social distancing there was no doubt we needed to see her again with our order. We purchased also pillows and mattress cover.

Leah was very knowledgeable on the products and showed us the ones that met our needs after completing the sleep test. She allowed us to take our time on selection and advised very well on the memory foam ones. No pressure to buy a really expensive mattress either

Your Sales Person Chris was a fantastic representation of Dreams. He bent over backwards to be helpful and his knowledge was impressive.

I was looked after by Angelika at the Basingstoke store. Angelika has a very good level of product knowledge and was able to patiently guide me through the bewildering range of options. The result was that I found the perfect mattress for me. Thanks goes to Angelika for looking after my wife and I in a very professional manner.
