We were served by Leah when we visited who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in your store, Leah helped us choose the right product for us.

Very please with Leah who served us well. Very good Knowledge. Extremely helpful trying the mattresses. Made it easy to make a decision. Only drawback, Dreams did not manafacture the mattress I liked in a four foot so I had to choose a 4`6. Tried other 4` mattresses but did not like them as much

We were greeted by Leah straight away despite her being on her own and having other customers to contend with. She managed to keep us all happy and well informed. We were offered the use of the sleep match machine and Leah answered all of my questions and query’s. She stayed well past the closing time to ensure that we left with a mattress on order. I have had so many issues with finding the right mattress lately but I think we may have now cracked it (albeit with a bit of a price tag 😬) but I guess you get what you pay for, so fingers crossed for some better nights sleep ahead. Thanks again Dreams and Leah for your excellent customer service.

As soon as entering the store we were made to feel very welcome the assistant was very knowledgeable about all aspects regarding the mattress’s she explained to us the sleep machine and talked us through the procedure

We were met at the door by your very friendly, helpful and knowlegable young Antonia. She listened carefully as we told her our requirements for the purchase of a mattress. She then offered us the opportunity to go to your amazing machine which measured our individual profiles which gave her the best recommended mattress options to meet our requirements. Taking great care that we maintained safe Covid guidelines, she then took us to each of the recommended mattresses for us to try and make a choice of purchase. Having agreed on the items we wished to purchase, Antonia processed our order very efficiently, and provided us with a welcome coffee during the process. The promised fast delivery surprised us. On arrival at store I was promptly greeted and the whole process of trying several mattresses was very good, quick and efficient . I was served by Angeika who was very knowledgeable and understood what I was after and I was very impressed with the mattress and pillow. The pillow alone has improved my sleep immensely and I can’t wait for the mattress to be delivered in a couple of days.
