Antonia who served us at the Basingstoke branch was very friendly and patient with us. Her product knowledge was very good and she didn't pressure us into making any decisions. A pleasure to do business with her and a credit to Dreams.

Our assistant Carl at Basingstoke was so knowledgeable and relaxing with us, he gave us an hour of undivided attention and was very patient with our excitable toddler. Lovely to be offered coffee too!

Carl was extremely helpful. He understood exactly what we wanted but offered alternatives when he could easily have done the deal sooner. He risked potentially selling a lower priced product by this but showed great product knowledge and confidence. He allowed us time on our own but was always available for questions. Outstanding.

Chris was very knowledgeable and did a great job understanding our needs and working with us to not only meet what we wanted to but also advising the quickest way to get it as we wanted delivery by a certain date. He was quick, efficient and an all around great salesman.
