Our assistant Carl at Basingstoke was so knowledgeable and relaxing with us, he gave us an hour of undivided attention and was very patient with our excitable toddler. Lovely to be offered coffee too!

Carl was extremely helpful. He understood exactly what we wanted but offered alternatives when he could easily have done the deal sooner. He risked potentially selling a lower priced product by this but showed great product knowledge and confidence. He allowed us time on our own but was always available for questions. Outstanding.

The dream bed was great that tells you what mattress to have. Chris whitehead was fab and took time to explain what suited and no pressure.

Carl was extremely accomodating of our needs and requirements. Gave me extra time to transfer out of my wheelchair and we were not given the hard sell. We were given time to think through our purchase before committing thank you
