Carl was very helpful and knowledgable. He gave us plenty of time to discuss our thoughts between ourselves yet we could ask him any questions we wanted. He provided good service, offering us drinks and did not push us into any sale.

The shop was well laid out, the staff very helpful and the mattress testing machine was also very useful.

The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the difference between the types of beds and slats on offer in a way that was easy to understand. He gave us the confidence we needed to make what is a big purchase and the warranty options gave us additional peace of mind (we recently had to return a John Lewis bed that was cracked).
