Clean and welcoming store and staff. Excellent delivery time and a sales person who was excellent.

Greeted professionally on entering the shop was able to test several beds without being pressured. Staff helped each other out to ensure we decided on the correct item to meet our needs

The staff were friendly and kept their distance which is great and refreshing in these uncertain times the young lady that served us was polite and made the whole process painless

We arrived and were greeted at the door by Carl. He explained how the visit would go and offered us to use the sleep match machine. He explained everything in great detail and was very attentive to our needs. He offered advice when needed and was very helpful. He explained the differences with each style of bed that were brought up in the sleep machine so we could get a better understanding of what we were looking for and needed. The store was very clean and the staff offered us a bottle of water... which was excellent. Social distancing and hygiene were implemented and sustained throughout the visit.

Store assistant listened to what I needed and showed me straight to 3 products best for me, once I chose they didn’t pressure me in choosing anything else and helped me pay and order quickly. It was fab :)
