Adriana provided excellent customer service - a credit to Dreams. She was courteous, knowledgeable amd made sured that I knew all the options available to me. I intend to buy a second mattress in the near future and I will be travelling to Basingstoke with my wife and will look for Adriana.

The lady that greeted us, Leah, told us exactly what was happening. Maintaining social distance, she showed us to the sleep position bed, after placing paper on top. She then showed us all the available mattresses suitable for us. Throughout the time there we were able to decide on the best mattress as well as new pillows
