Very friendly staff member called James. He explained the safety rules in place with regards to Covid. He was very helpful but not at all pushy. Asked what we were looking for and recommended a few items. We didn’t feel at all rushed. He then left us to make up our minds. We actually went off to another shop to compare products and prices. The other shop never once mentioned the rules to follow for Covid and weren’t anywhere near as helpful. We went back to Dreams and bought 2 mattresses from James. He explained all the offers/extras that were on but again didn’t make us feel pressured to buy any of them although we did as they were very good deals
