Me and wife was highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams is by the friendly and highly professional behaviour of the staff who received us and guided through the type of bed we were in search. Chris made us to feel the shop as home by serving hot chocolate drink & by his very friendly behaviour. He took us through all the products that we were in need & made available the offers that the store was offering. All the best wishes for Chris in his career.

Good costumer service

Popped in the store, looked around didn’t like much for my price point. Then saw a ready to go small double mattress, I couldn’t find it. The store manager asked if I was alright and when I asked about the ready to go one he promptly showed me a single of the same mattress. Me and my partner really liked that one. He then ran me through the types of mattress and why it was better. We very happily purchased out mattress in our budget, we also got the warranty but I liked how he wasn’t pushy about the warranty but just suggested it. I was in and out within 20 minutes so was very happy

Our needs were carefully sought, and we were given planety of advice and reassurance during the selection process. Friendly and well-informed sales partner, well-supported by management. Can't fault.

The shop assistant, Carl, has been extremely helpful. He really took time to understand what we were looking for and his extensive knowledge helped us to make a purchase decision.

Found the right bed at a good price

Carl was exceptional! Very professional, very helpful and I have already recommended him to a friend who is looking for a new mattress (in fact we both came in store today (8th) to see him, unfortunately he wasn’t working! I have also recommended him to my boss…as a potential employee….outstanding sales technic that was well delivered in a no pressure way! 5 stars all the way!
