The sales person, Carl, was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He was clearly happy in his job and appeared to enjoy working for dreams. He gave great advice and spent a good amount of time with him. While clearly incentivised to sell specific products, he never made us feel like he was giving us a hard sell.
