Our customer adviser Angelika could not have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She was not at all pushy and we felt we could have spent all day with her choosing our bed if we needed to. The bed selection was wide and we were encouraged to try as many as possible. The Covid protection was good and we felt safe throughout. We were sad that we couldn't have a cup of coffee but we understood why and were offered bottled water as an alternative.
