We were highly satisfied to receive such fabulous knowledge and have found a mattress that highly suited our needs. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the assistant couldn’t do more if he tried. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything or pushed into looking at anything out of our price range. Overall a great experience

I first attended the Basingstoke Dreams store on Thursday 24th September where I was greeted by Angelika and her colleague. I was shown to the sleep match bed which was a fun and helpful experience, once done Angelika showed me around the matches I was given. She was not pushy and gave me lots of time to lay on beds. She gave me advice and quickly found where my 'sweet spot' budget was. I was unsure about when I could have the mattress delivered so I didn't purchase on that date. Today (Wednesday 30th) I returned to the Basingstoke store and again was greeted by Angelika, I told her that I was still interested in the specific bed and if I could spend a little bit extra time on the bed. She gave me all the time I needed and in the background checked when I could get it delivered. I ended up purchasing the mattress and cannot wait for my first night on it. Angelika was a big part of that feeling, she made me feel comfortable (its a weird feeling trying to get comfortable on a bed in a store) straight away and the overall experience was fantastic. If I had some more room in my budget I'd be purchasing a frame too. Thanks!
