We met with the store manager James who was very helpful. He allowed us to browse the store and was on hand when we needed help. He helped us through the sleepmatch system and found us the perfect mattress. He gave us lots of information which was very helpful and explained the various payment methods and dates of delivery. Overall his service was spot on and made us feel very valued.
