Just everything from the minute we walked in to when we left. Angelika greeted us promptly and friendly. She explained well the restrictions and precautions taken during this pandemic and helped us in choosing the mattress best suited to us. We was not pressured to purchase there and then. Apart from the Therma-pur mattress being like laying on a cloud, Angelika’s service, knowledge and professionalism is why we returned to the shop a week later to place the order.
