Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Tried out the mattress machine, tested different pillows and were even offered free coffee. Left feeling extremely confident with our purchase!

With all the current restrictions , shopping has become sterile and boring , yet Chris managed to prove otherwise with a great helpful and happy attitude to helping us . I believe people do buy from people and I was happy to give Chris at Dreams my business. It was a a very pleasant and safe buying experience . Not anything to NOT be highly satisfied with. Good work in recruiting the right people .

The sales representative in Basingstoke (Carl) was great to deal with. He listened to my needs, was knowledgeable on the products available, explained a number of different options, kept things very simple and made the whole sales and ordering process straightforward.
