We have bought from Dreams before and also this store . We were very satisfied with our mattress previously so we are buying another for the second bedroom.

James spent lots of time with us and was thorough. We found a lovely mattress and came away happy with our choice.

Carl Stephen’s who helped us all the way through our purchase, was very welcoming and friendly. Was extremely knowledgeable in all areas and was professional throughout. He never once tried to upsell or lead us to products outside our price range. Gave us plenty of time to make decisions, never felt rushed and was able to answer all our queries. Have to say it was a very pleasurable experience and would to thank Carl for his attention and amenable manner. Would definitely recommend to any one else and a huge thank you to Carl.

I have bought 4 mattresses from Dreams over the last 4 years, owing to two pregnancies and growing children. I have always received courteous quality service and been able to get what I wanted in store. The mattresses are good quality and I am confident they are worth the money.

Clive was extremely helpful and patient. We had lots of questions as both of my parents are disabled. He gave us all of the time we needed. Helped us to work out the best options for both of them. Mum was really impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we were completely happy and had checked all options before the final quotes.
