Angelika the sales rep was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. We had been to other stores to look for a mattress and felt like the person dealing with us was just pushing a hard sell. With Dreams and Angelika we were shown several mattresses in a range of prices and did not once feel pressured to choose the most expensive one, which was a refreshing change from the other stores we previously visited. I will definitely return to this store when we purchase a mattress for our spare room. We came away feeling really happy with the mattress we chose and can't wait to sleep on it as it was super comfy. Overall a really good shopping experience.
