Dreams - Basingstoke

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a lovely friendly woman (Leah) who asked if we needed help, she also asked if we would prefer to be left to browse on our own (love this as it makes you feel much more comfortable and less pressured!) however we gladly accepted her help and straight away she took us to the sleep match bed (amazing!!) she then took us to each mattress that was recommended, she told us about each one (very knowledgeable, without feeling pushed into buying!) We finally decided on the best one for us, she offered us a lovely hot drink and paying was quick and easy! We could have very quick (in my opinion!) delivery and we were able to choose the day we wanted it delivered. Can not fault the whole service, thank you Leah!

we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner by a very lovely gentleman. he asked about the product we were interested in and showed the range, headboards etc. interested in an ottoman bed he demonstrated the ease of use and asked us to try. we were offered refreshments whilst looking at costings, instillation and delivery. we discussed other products and settled on ottoman base, headboard and cooling memory foam pillows. other staff within the store were also friendly, cheerful and professional.
