Karl and Antonia we’re brilliant, could not have been more helpful Knew all about the products and were patient and attentive My mother is 91 and the way she was looked after was faultless and I would be great full if you could pass on my gratitude to them for the time they spent with us making sure mum was 100% happy

Attentive customer service without being too pushy. We were able to try out several beds but with safe practices due to Covid.
