Izzy, who looked after us, went above and beyond to ensure we could find the right mattress. From what I gather, Izzy is fairly new but really knew her stuff and also interacted nicely with our 2 year old so that we could find what we were looking for. Really made a difference.

If you are looking for a new mattress and have found this company "Dreams" you are in the right place and it means you are not impressed with the big bed retailers who we all know and are not impressed with. I visited the show room on 12.03.2022 and was met by James who was a breath of fresh air in how to listen to a customer and use his knowledge to advise the right mattress. The range of matressess they have in the showroom is very impressive. James did not tried to make a hard sale, but was able to advise and coach me along. His aim is to make sure you make the correct decision for your needs. The icing on the cake was be told a delivery is free and even so quick. He also introduced to the offers for the pillows, etc. It was a very enjoyable experience to order my mattress from Dreams.

Chris was friendly and not pushy when selling.Greeted us straight away. The mattress finder/bed tester made the whole process of looking for a mattress stress free.

The customer service we recieved was really great. We purchased a mattress and a bed from you. We tried the dreams simulator to determine which mattress we needed and then tried out a more focused selection. Then gave the requirements for our bed and we're presented with a selection. Offered drinks whilst processing the order. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after.
