Loved the sleepmatch technology. Felt all the types of mattresses were explained really well. The salesman actually listened and recommended relevant products, wasn’t trying to push something unsuitable. I was new to mattress buying and although I spent so much more than planned I’m really happy with my purchase. I feel like I was educated to make the right choice rather than pushed into a purchase

I was well looked after by a very competent salesman ‘Carl’ who was most knowledgable and helpful. As a result I selected the Tempur mattress from the range of options.

Our visit to dreams was made very satisfying from the moment we entered the store. We were met by a very friendly member of staff who proceeded to explain to us the bed test and continued to guide u through the range of beds and mattresses available explaining all options and the offers available. Our visit was completed with the offer of entering this survey competition to possibly win back theprice of our order, Complimentery refreshments were offered to us . All costs and dates were explained to us and we were assured of the completion of our order details ,delivery and after sales care . The delivery date is longer than we exspected but this is due to the problems caused by the Corona Virus and its knock-ons.
