The store employee who assisted me was very knowledgeable, understood by requirement and budget then was very patient as I tried all the beds. He wasn't pushy while still ensuring he secured the sale.

We have been purchasing beds and mattresses from Dreams for over 20 years. We return here principally for the quality of products but also for the great customer service.

Staff named James was very helpful in giving advice about the best mattress that we are going to purchase. He explained very well all the best of his sales experience on giving us choices of mattress before we decided what the buy. He gives us discounts and freebies that is free after we purchased. He is very approachable once we get in the store he is very cheerful. Very highly recommended the store.

Instead we were very pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in the store and the sleep match facility. It gave us a great list of ones to try and the sales assistant was really helpful explaining them all and letting us try them. We deliberated overnight (we had intended to spend max £500 but were matched to a £2,000 Tempur one... needed some time to think!), but in the end we went back to the store the next morning and purchased the mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend that friends use the store in future.
