We were greeted by Angelika who was very lovely. Explained the covid safety, was very knowledgeable about the bed. Did a body scan to see how we sleep. No pressure to sell, was intent on giving us a mattress we wanted. Very good service. I accidentally left my umbrella and she called my partner. When we came too early the next day she opened up the shop and handed me my umbrella so we didn’t have to wait an hour for opening. Very good service indeed.

An overall informative and satisfactory visit resulting in us buying 2 complete beds and being introduced to tempura mattresses which we also proceeded to buy. Our salesman James was extremely patient and knowledgeable and made the experience seamless and ultimately productive.
