Very welcoming staff! Was offered a bottle of cold water whilst we looked round the store which was lovely as it was very hot outside! James the store manager dealt with our needs brilliantly and made sure we tried lots of different options to make sure we found the perfect match. Very knowledgeable as well so felt like our needs were being met!

James had a friendly and professional demeanor. Always focused on our needs and made the best suggestions from that. He offered us water, talked us through everything clearly and didn't pressure anything to make a sale.
